I am going to analyse both the teaser and theatrical trailers for the film 'Sky fall'. I am going to be doing this in order to see if the similarities and differences between them compare to the same ones as 'Pirates of the Carribean'.  Teaser trailer:  Theatrical trailer -Similarly to what I found in Pirates of the Caribbean, Skyfall's teaser trailer contains considerably less footage, than the theatrical trailer does. Again, this creates mystery for the audience and is due to producers being in the early stages of the films production.  -Both trailers begin with the certificate for age guidance, and both end with billing/credits, release date and film production company/logos. -The theatrical trailer enables audiences to learn more about the films plot, whereas the teaser trailer doesn't as it's a lot shorter. -The duration of each of the trailers, match what they were in Pirates of the Carribean; teaser trailer being 1 1/2 minutes and the thea...

I am going to be comparing both the teaser and theatrical trailers for Pirates of the Carribean. Below are both trailers: Theatrical Trailer  Teaser Trailer After paying close attention to each of these trailers, I have analysed the similarities and differences between them both.  -The theatrical trailer is a more in depth version of the teaser trailer, containing more footage -The theatrical trailer got shown closer to the films release date -The teaser trailer lasts for 1 1/2 minutes, where as the theatrical trailer lasts for 2 1/2 minutes.
