Teaser trailer conventions - Baywatch

I analysed the teaser trailer for 'Baywatch' and below are the conventions I found:




-Tagline
-Release date
-Film title
-Sound effects/impact sounds
-Images of stars, e.g. Zac Efron who plays lead role
-Suitable music, reflecting the genre
-Clear indication of genre; comedy
-Variety of camera angles, movements and shots
-Films website
-Film production company logo; Paramount
-Footage from the film

Poster analysis introduction

I am going to conduct research and analysis towards the conventions of film posters. I have looked at five different posters from a variety of genres, in order to see if there are similarities within the conventions. After looking at the conventions of movie posters, I will now do the exact same, but for film magazine covers. Both film magazines I will be looking at are aimed at different audience and will both be for different front covers from a different film magazine. In terms of design and layout, I will be able to see if both film magazines share the same conventions.  Below are the two film magazine covers I will be analysing:
